Everyone at Heart & Paw made our puppy’s first visit fantastic! Their genuine interest and concern for her wellbeing was very reassuring. Dr. Martin was so incredibly helpful and patient while taking care of our cats! We got more information from her than we often have from vets in the past, all presented in a very clear and accessible manner. We had such a good experience at the cat-only Saturday clinic!

A wonderful experience! The staff and doctors we saw made us feel welcome and very well cared for. They explained everything well, answered all of our questions, and were flexible with timing and care plans! Sophie has been amazing and Dr. Martin was fantastic with our kitty! Very fair pricing for cat dental!

Dr. Anna Martin was amazing and took such great care of my cat. She was thorough, asked thoughtful questions, and patiently answered every one of mine. As a new cat owner, I really appreciated that she blocked off extra time to support me and walk me through everything. it made this first visit feel so much easier. I don’t have much experience with vets, but I can’t imagine going to anyone else after this. Thank you so much to Dr. Martin and the whole team! Moo Moo says thank you as well!

Dr. Caplan is exactly what you want in a vet. She spent real time with Sasha, not the rushed 10-minute visit you get at so many practices. Her exam was thorough and deliberate, and she explained everything she was looking at and why in a way that actually made sense. She gave us thoughtful, specific recommendations for Sasha’s health going forward and answered every question we had with patience and care. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. We are so glad we found her and will not be taking Sasha anywhere else.

From calling in to ask questions/decide if I wanted to establish care to becoming a client at Heart and Paws Aliceanna- I felt very well informed, pricing was fair and transparent (wellness exam, vaccinations, and tests), and I was met with so much kindness and communication every step of the way! The vet tech Sophia was really great, my cat came right up to them and was comfortable. Dr. Martin was very personable and warm and they both made the experience as fast and the least stressful for my cat (7 mo). I really appreciated how they would get to his level for the injections, go at my cat’s speed/talk to him throughout, and were just genuinely animal people. Exceptionally clean exam room which we got to wait/be in the entire duration which help him acclimated. Signed up with the care plan which has significant savings!! 10/10 and the sign was the cherry on top.

Caitlyn did an incredible job grooming my 4 Setters!! From a 10 month old Gordon Setter pup, to a very thick-coated, challenging English Setter, to a show champion Gordon Setter, to a 5 year old diva Irish Setter, she brought out their best look. I'm so pleased. Thank you!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Heart + Paw Fells Point today! I brought my senior cat, Frizzante, in to see Dr. Carlie Caplan, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care we received. Dr. Caplan and the entire team were incredibly patient and took the time to really listen to my concerns. What stood out the most was how they completely customized Frizzante's care plan based on my specific requests and his unique needs as an older cat. We are also preparing for some potential upcoming flight travel, and Dr. Caplan was so helpful in walking me through exactly what we need to do to make the journey safe and comfortable for him. It is so reassuring to find a veterinary team that is this attentive and compassionate. Highly recommend!
